  • Developing sustainable community gardens for the Maori community.

  • Ronald McDonald House: Entertainment and dinner to sick children, annual event in July. Beneficiaries: 120, Volunteers: 80, Service hours-500
  • Food bank donations given by church members- monthly.
    Beneficiaries 50, Volunteers -30, Service hours -30
  • Baking for a Hospice: donations given by church members- monthly.
              Beneficiaries 50, Volunteers -20, Service hours -50
  • Kids Kingdom, Teens and Preteens making reusable shopping bags for food to the poor, kids drawing food items and donating money/food.

​HOPE worldwide NZ is an active charity currently operating as a collaboration between HOPE worldwide Australia and the Central Auckland Church of Christ.  We engage in a range of programmes including support of other charities to help those in the community who are in need.

Current Programs
  • Ronald McDonald House Cook Nights (cooking for families with sick children). Beneficiaries: 100 
  • Support of Hospice and Foodbank in West Auckland. Beneficiaries: 20-30
  • HOPE Volunteer Corps: Developing Community Gardens with the Maori population (indigenous to New Zealand). Beneficiaries: 50-100
  • Planning Teens and Preteens making reusable shopping bags to collect food for the poor within famalies

We are always looking for practical ways we can do more, and are happy to work with other organisations.
