The AGM 2013 was held in Melbourne. 

• The FY13 Annual Report was accepted - available on the Members page.
  
• The constitutional changes were accepted.
  
• Graham Gumley was elected to the board.
  
• Hilary Gumley and Matt Beanland were returned to the board.
